Awful dishwasher, and even worse customer service

Where to start? We got this installed in October 2016 and even the installation process for cumbersome.

BUT, after using it for a while and trying out different cycles, we realized that all of our glasses come out dirtier than they go in. We don't know what causes this, it's mainly a phenomenon on our glasses. It's almost like dried tobacco stuck everywhere (with nothing even similar going into the dishwasher) and they need to soak in hot soapy water for a good while for the dirt to come off.

Called Best Buy, they don't care and referred us to Samsung. Called Samsung, and after making me do tests and almost techy stuff, and after over an hour on the phone with them, they said it's a user error and we should try Cascade tabs - ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS? They wouldn't send out a technician, although I told them all our other appliances are Samsung; although I kept verifying that we are prewashing (much more than we ever have in the past), that we put stuff into the washer the correct way; although I got really upset. Nothing. Even spoke to a manager and he basically said the same thing.

At this time, not even worth it anymore. Samsung is dead to us. We are washing our glasses in the sink now and probably invest in another dishwasher later this year. Great.

Would not buy this or any Samsung product again. Awful on all levels.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
