Share documents across multiple devices with this Epson wireless document scanner. Super-fast scanning capabilities handle 35 pages at per minute, and the 50-page auto document feeder easily keeps up with the scanning demands of your busy office. This Epson wireless document scanner can handle everything from ID cards to legal-sized documents, making it a one-stop workhorse.

Great scanner for a small office

This is a review for the Epson ES-500W Wireless Duplex Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. Out of the box, the set up was very easy. There was very little to assemble and we were ready to connect to the scanner less than five minutes out of the box. In the office we have both Windows and Mac OS’. Set up and discovery for the Windows laptops was very quick and easy.
For the Macs, to get started we had to download the scanner drivers. This was easy, but took a little time. Once we had drivers, we scanned for the scanner, but were unable to find it. Not much of a problem, we just had to power the scanner off and on. Once the scanner came back up we were able to connect to the scanner. Once we did this, scanning documents was fairly easy as well. Overall, the scanner is a good quality device and works very well for a small office. We are currently an office of five people. It is perfect for this number. However, if you start to scale upward, you will need a different scanner.
I would recommend this to a friend!
