We purchased this refrigerator in June 2016 and it is the worst product ever. first of all we received a defective refrigerator the water feature wasn't working so the delivery guys hauled it away and a replacement was delivered the next day.
In December the refrigerator stopped working we placed a call to whirlpool and a technician came out to look at it 2 days later. Mind you by then we had to trash all the spoiled food and had been without a refrigerator for couple of days.. technician advised the thermistor went out and placed an order for replacement part.
We wait another two weeks for replacement part to arrive. Once the part was installed the refrigerator works for another 3 weeks then now it has stopped working. It appears to have the same problem as before. What a huge dissatisfaction..
For the amount of money we spent on this product we sure are disappointed. Do not purchase this defective equipment or you will regret it.
