Take your game play to another level with this 24-inch ASUS gaming monitor. It has a refresh rate of 144Hz to prevent blurred images, and the Full HD graphics let you feel like you're part of the game. This ASUS gaming monitor is 3D vision ready to enhance your game play.

I am extremely satisfied with his gaming monitor. My k/d ratio has gone up 2 points, and the screen is crisp. There's also a Crosshair option for people who want that in the center of the screen. I tried it for a few matches, but I did not like it. It threw my game off, but if you're into that it's available. All in all, great monitor. I would absolutely recommend it.

Can I hook this up to a DVD player?

If there's a HDMI input on the DVD player, yes.
