Lou Reed and Master Ren
on December 23, 2016

Great DVD that Lou Reed made with his Tai Chi master a few years before he passed away. Lou loved Tai Chi so much, I read he was practicing in a chair as he passed...

This classic should be in every Tai Chi library. He teaches the 24 form in detail and then does a bonus demo also of the 48 form.

The best qigong teacher out there
on December 23, 2016
Posted by: QiGongFu
This is a great DVD with two complete forms, the sitting 8 exercises and the standing eight exercises.
Each form is taught in three ways. Theres a short summary to learn the movement, there's a follow long with Dr Yang, and then a lesson section where he explains how and why this qigong works.
