I bought a 60' TV on Black Friday and the screen was cracked by accident. I called them and they told me THEY REPAIR EVERYTHING EXPECT THE SCREEN PROBLEMS. I was like, so what's the point to purchase this?? Because the most important thing that we want u to take of is the screen, isn't it? Also, the agent didn't give me any helpful suggestion or anything, and she hang up my phone call!!! (Actually she could just tell me that my TV is still covered by the Best Buy's return and exchange policy which another agent told me later.) Anyway, don't buy, it sucks!
