NOT WHAT I EXPECTED....SIT IN IT FIRST

I purchased two of these units from BB. First and foremost the plastic accessories were cheaply made. My cylinder cover was broken on two segments. (Thats the plastic covering which covers the center cylinder which lifts and lowers the chair). The plastic cover buttons broke when pressing them in. Wow...really!! The chair was poorly packaged which explains the damaged parts. Next, the instructions tell you to throw the the black plug away on the cylinder. This will cause the chair to be taken apart and you will have to re-instert the plug. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY, LEAVE IT ALONE!! The plug is what helps the chair go up and down. Next, there is no letter code for the screws which can confuse you as to what goes where. Pay attention to the instructions or you will waste a lot of time when you assemble it by taken it apart again and again. Do not use the instructions to GUIDE you. Use your best judgment. Put the seat and arms on first, loose. Then put the back on. The plastic arms are molded poorly, so you will struggle getting the screws in. Pre-thread the nut plates a little to make the job easy. The threads can be full of junk when you try to screw into them. After the chairs were finished I looked at them. They are both crooked. This is due to them being poorly made in the factory. They are not made with the precision quality you would normally expect. Thus the crooked final product. I hope I don't get back problems from them. If you weigh over 175 Lbs. ....then this is not the chair for you. The chair seat will flatten out quickly if used daily if you are heavier than I described. Getting a chair cushion is not the solution, because you will change your ergonomics and mess yourself up. The chair is what you would call STATIC. Meaning it only has an up and down adjustment. You cannot adjust the back support or the arms. So you need to sit in it to see if the ergonomics work or you will end up in pain.
If possible, sit in it first. I would suggest buying it if you use it minimal daily, medium height (under 6 ft), medium weight, and don't have any existing injuries.
The chair is good looking. The quality of this chair makes it only worth half of the asking price. We are disappointed in the purchase. We have purchased other chairs for less and they were much better made. BEST BUY should stop buying from this vendor. Not BEST BUY QUALITY at all.

Is the seat part of this black as it appears in the picture or is it brown or tan? I know the back support is tangerine. Just want to know what the other color is. The rest of the description does not specify the seat color.
The seat is a leather type of material and is black.
