Caused back pain

This massager presses hard against the back and can be painful. There is no setting to adjust the pressure. I had pain in the back for several days after using this.
BUYER BEWARE: Best Buy does not take returns for this item. They said they don't take massagers back for hygienic reasons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
