my phone works better

bought this last year (2015) and since then certain keys do not work, the touch pad quit working all the way last month, the power button led flickers, and the screen shows black lines sometimes, and thats not even getting to the performance of when it was all working right. Its slow to load webages, and the HD space is so low.i cant even install all the apps i want.
I know electronics and how to take care of them. I never had this many issues from all my previous laptops. Very disappointed in HP for this product.
