Great Camera that I bought with addiction but...

I bought this Camera package on 11/26 from Saratoga Best Buy.
Since I bought few items together, I could not verify all details, but when I checked yesterday, I reallized I did not receive the free items mentioned with the package. ( Camera Case, 32GB mem card and $20 to gift card etc).
And also its weird to see no charger included inside the package.
I intend to return the package if this is the case.
Please advise, thanks.
