Great Price to Quality Ratio

These look very nice. I have two and I think the picture quality is amazing for what I payed for them. The chromecast works great. I stream almost everything from my phone now. One thing I noticed is that the LED backlighting is more subtle than some displays. It makes the screen look dimmer. Side by side it doesn't look as vibrant, which some people mistake for lesser quality. In reality the picture quality is very good just not as bright, which is fine if you aren't watching two TVs side by side. I tweaked some of the settings and was able to get the dynamic backlighting turned off and it looks better(to me). I took one star off for the sound. Built in sound on TVs is never great - and this is no exception. Needs a soundbar.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you do not want to use your smart phone as a remote does this tv still come with a remote in the box ???? thanks dadandgabe

There is a remote included. The functionality is very limited. It will basically turn the set on and off, turn the volume up and down, and change sources. Since this is a monitor, there is no channel selector because it doesn't have a tuner. If you want to configure the picture settings you have to use the app on your phone.
