Several Missing Parts

I have generally been happy with items that I ordered from the Best Buy website. But in this case, I suspect I received a customer return. The surge protector itself had no plastic wrap, padding, or other packing material, so it was just flopping around inside the box. The following parts were missing: installation instructions, 4-foot coaxial cable, and machine screw. I will return the item to my local store and I have ordered a replacement from another retailer. This was a bad experience, so I'm not sure if I will place any more orders in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
