Nice Laptop - Hot and loud Fan

The laptop is overall pretty good.
Beautiful screen, nice design and very thin.
I would love it but a few things are becoming major issues:
1) Shift key is tiny. You'll end up hitting the "up" key every time. Takes a while to get used to and affects day to day workflow. This is a minor issue though and I fixed it by using the program sharpkeys to reassign the keys.
2) This is one of the major issues. The laptop gets very hot, especially when watching videos on youtube. In my lap, it's close to scorching.
3) The other issue is that the fan seems to run non stop. Not only is the laptop still hot, but the fan is always running and is super loud.
Doesn't matter what you're doing - organizing files, running excel/word, browsing the internet - it's always on.

I checked the Bios and it's up to date.
I want to love this laptop like I did my last, but might end up returning or selling if these fan/heat issues aren't fixed.
