Many Flaws

I buy Insignia products when I can. I do not usually have a problem with them. However, I was in the market to replace two JVC portable DVD players for the car. When the Insignia DVD players went on sale I jumped at it. There is no remote control which is fine because 6 yr old daughter knows the buttons to push, although my son likes to push the buttons on his. Second, the "board" which holds the DVD player in place and to the headrest does not fit the headrest, you need to unbuckle it to put in a new DVD, and the strap covers the speakers. Not designed well at all. Finally, the door only opens about two inches to put a new movie in. Makes it difficult for my 6 year old to try and get the movie out and put a new one in while sitting in a car seat.
By the way, I am not sure about the sound. From the front seat I could not hear the players on in the third row. Nice for me but she said it was low sound and the volume was all the way up.
