I went through the reviews for this TV before I bought it, and most of them seemed good until I saw one of the most recent ones saying thee was a problem with sound cutting out constantly and the apps not working well. I decided to take a chance since it since the majority of people thought it worked fine. I regret it and wish I had researched further.
The day I took it out of the box the Netflix app worked for a whole 15 minutes before the sound completely cut out while the video continued to stream in HD. My internet signal is fine, made sure everything was updated. Tried again, within 10 minutes the sound goes out again. Same thing with the Hulu app.
I might as well have bought a non-Smart TV since it seems I won't be able to use any of the apps. I'm extremely annoyed I have to go through the process of re-boxing it and returning it and having to go through it all again to find a better TV that will hopefully actually do what it claims to do.
