I bought two copies of this concert, one for myself and one for my brother. The stage and lighting used on this tour is awesome. Theatrically, it is a very good production and the band is in good form and energy. Good mix of old and new songs on the set list. The only part that was a bit off to me was how they edited the film in some places. They did a sort of brief freeze frame when they jump up in the air or do kicks and things, kind of like in action movies. I guess they are trying to add some dramatic effect but it really doesn't need it. The show is awesome, a must have if you like AFI.
What's great about it: Setlist, lighting, stage, theatrics
What's not so great: Film editing is kinda cheesy in some places
Just having Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones playing on Rock N' Roll and Ramble On make it worth buying. I own several concert DVDs and this ranks among my favorites.
What's great about it: The setting, setlist, special guests
