speaker phone clunky, doesn't work

the speakerphone option does not work at all. this was one of the features I was looking for, but it doesn't work. contrary to the advertising, there is quite a bit of feedback. it will not answer phone calls as advertised. nor will it engage the speaker when dialing a phone number.
the audio quality is quite good, especially for music and podcasts.
quite disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
