While this dishwasher was priced at $269 on sale... the same stainless steel washer runs at $499. If you have Ultra-High Gloss IKEA kitchen cabinets, it will blend perfectly and give the same reflective effect without purchasing a washer that allows you to put a kitchen panel/door on the front of the washer. It also fits perfectly within the IKEA plinth (kickplate) without using the Whirlpool bottom cover with two plastic screws.
This washer is much quieter than the Kenmore we had. It takes time to get used to the on/off washing function within the hour it takes to complete a load.
The reviews that state that this washer DOES NOT DRY WELL is NOT TRUE. If you expect it to dry with no assistance it won't. We use the drying/rinsing agent that Cascade sells and fill the reservoir. Dishes come out dry and spot free every time.

What are the dimensions of the shipping container?
It was 26 inches wide and about 34 inches long. They was wood packed inside the container to protect the unit.

How loud is this? I have an open floor plan and want to run it at night and watch TV is this to loud for that?
As long as the unit is under the counter and cabinets are on either side, it is very quiet. A plinth (kickplate) is recommended in front of the unit so it dampers the motor sounds.

Does it come with a power cord?
Under the accessories section it says to buy the stainless waterline and the power cord, my question is if it comes with the power cord? Thanks
No, no power cord is included. You can hook it up directly to the home wiring, or purchase a appliance cord with the appropriate 3-pring plug on the end.

Supposedly 54 decibels, but I hear the water whooshing more than the motor sound.

Hi this dishwasher is 24" tall, how wide? I need to fit 24" wide and 34" tall thanks
It fits 1/8 of an inch under 24" on each side. 34" is the height of my kitchen. I had to raise the legs somewhat, but it fits fine.
