A Poor Choice

We sadly purchased this printer after Xmas on sale.
This printer never worked correctly after the first color cartridges were wiped out
and that happens real quick folks .I had to call the help line who were nice but powerless to help with this lemon.
We ran thru 6 cartridges which never worked unless you ran a series of tests which wiped out the very expensive ink jets and then called the help desk for help.
It was a vicious cycle and then the printer started to jam and jam and the carriages would be wiped out within days after testing and minor use.
We just tossed it out because it was too much trouble and terribly expensive and very unreliable .
Do not make the same mistake we did.
