Magnet problems

The magnet that is in this case causes the track pad on the keyboard to become inoperable or causes the curser to move sporadically around the screen. It is designed to allow you to use the keyboard with the Surface but you will quickly find out that you can barely use the thing when it is underneath the keyboard. If they used straps or Velcro then no one would be having this problem.... The product definitely didn't go through enough testing to figure out this problem. I noticed it the first time I booted up, ive seen this problem before with other cases. It is a known issue and should never be overlooked like it has been here.
