works well some flaws Sharp Cust. Service Stinks

The TV works well and is easy to set up. But If you're buying this to ditch cable or satellite and want to go antenna there seems to be a significant limitation. When using antenna there appears to be no way to add a channel other than scanning to find them. Every time you scan it erases all previous channels --so if you live in an area where you need to rotate the antenna to get different stations you're really out of luck and need to choose the ones -- pick the "best" (not) and forget the rest. I tried to download a user manual to see if I could find a way around this however there is no user manual for this model available --when I contacted customer support by email requesting a manual I received a reply in broken English that seemed to say they didn't have a manual so I should call them. This didn't work out either because I couldn't understated them verbally either -- Why would you sell a TV without a user manual? Why would you market a TV to be used to get rid of cable and satellite when you can't add all the antenna channels you want? I guess I'll keep it even tho' it doesn't do what I want because it's beyond the Best buy return date! Hopefully they'll upgrade the software to fix this problem -- Right now this smart TV is not so smart! Before I'd recommend it I'd tell my friend about the imitation
