I love it! I first purchased a lower end HP but returned it because it did not have Full hd and the sound was terrible. I decided to spend a little more and get what I wanted.
I did a Lot of research. I compared all of the laptops for 2 weeks and this one had most of the features I wanted and the best reviews. I have had it for 6 days and I haven't had any issues. The HD screen is so vivid. The touchscreen is very responsive. The sound is great. I also like the 2 in 1 feature. The hinges for the tablet feature are very sturdy. It has plenty of power and storage. It has a silver keyboard that lights up. It's very pretty. I wanted a dvd. I wish it had one but I purchased an external dvd drive so now I have everything I want.
Best Buy-I was wrongly told by the salesman that this computer didn't qualify for the student discount. I noticed this computer's sku listed after purchasing it 6 days prior. I went back into best buy and they promised to make it right. They gave me a refund for the 150 plus tax. Great customer service!

Bring your work with you wherever you go with this HP touch screen laptop. The 1 TB hard drive means there's plenty of room to store your pictures and music, and the 6 GB RAM makes multitasking simple. At less than 5 pounds, this HP touch screen laptop is easy to carry from a morning meeting to an evening class.

I purchased this laptop after a week of research. It does seem to have plenty of power. I also really like the touchscreen and the included DVD.
The reason I scored it a 3 is for two reasons. The sound is terrible and the screen clarity is not good. The speaker is under the laptop so it is hard to hear. I watched a movie and I had to turn it all the way up to hear it. The picture quality is just ok.
I am going to return this laptop for these two reasons and go with one with a full HD screen and speakers on it instead of under it.
