Wrong Cam Bolts & Long Replacement Delivery Time

Purchased this for my new 65 in TV. Stared to assemble the TV stand, completed the lower half assembly and I must say its very sturdy and well put together for what it is. As I got to the step where you need to use the Long Cam Bolts I thought there may be an issue. I attempted to tighten the Cam Locks and they we not biting the bolt. Upon investigation I realized (after looking at the parted list and a picture of the bolts in the instructions) that the company had sent me long cam bolts that were not scored with an X pattern on either end (I believe there was an error in the manufacturing). This basically means that I cannot tighten and fasten the top and bottom assemblies of the cabinet. together. I called customer service and they are sending me new parts. But only after they gave me the run around that I need to fill out a from online which was buggy and gave me an issue that delayed the process an entire day. After successful submission of the form the parts shipped via UPS ground. This means that I now am going to have to wait about 8 days from when I first started the process of assembling the stand to actually being able to use it. I imagine the product will be solid based off of what I already assembled. I am very disappointed that they would not send the replacement part quicker especially due to the fact that it is there fault.
