Dead Pixels

I bought this monitor from my local Best Buy and for about the first week it looked great and played well. I woke up after having the monitor for about a week and noticed it had a dead pixel and hoped it would go away but it didn't. I gave it a couple days and another dead pixel appeared right about the middle of my screen. I tried to return it but was unable to. Really disappointing.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
