Ace Enders has really grown up. From the beginning of The Early November, he has continually reached people through his truthful lyrics and the way he delivers them. "When I Hit the Ground" is one of the best albums lyrically I have ever heard. Not to mention that he has great guitar riffs and upbeat tempos to keep up. He's a natural talent. The album opens with an eerie introduction and ends with him belting the words honestly into the microphone. I think the album really gives a look into what he can do - from acoustic to rock to sing-a-longs, he keeps them coming. He's the best musician of our generation.
