Don't work like it says

I bought the Ring Pro 2 weeks ago. We installed it and the camera didn't work. We tried everything. My husband contacted Ring and they sent us a new one. We installed that one last night, got everything going on it. He rang the door bell to test it and I was getting the notification on my phone, it went to the live camera and I could see him standing on the porch and we talked but when he went into the motion setup and set the zone and right then it stopped showing video. Since then it won't work. He says it's no good, he's tired of trying to get it to work and wants me to return it. I was hoping we could get it working again.
If it works like it's supposed to, I would TOTALLY recommend this to a friend but based on what we've learned, no.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
