exactly what I wanted

This is my 3rd activity tracker. I've tried cheaper models/brands because I wasn't ready to commit to the investment of a quality tracker (fitbug, bally's). I have been using S health to track my calories and activity, anyway, and i am a samsung loyalist, so I decided to dive in and buy this tracker.

I love this. I love the customizable watch faces; I love that it shows calories burned based on your bmr as well as exercise calories; i love that you don't have to turn on the sleep tracking function (if you have insomnia, like me, what good are you at knowing/remembering to turn it on when you go to bed?); I love that I can specify the type of activity/exercise I'm doing right on the band. it syncs with my galaxy s5 with no problems, reflects changes made within the app, and offers a much more complete picture than I was getting before.

a few disclaimers: I've only had this item for two days, so I may be in a honeymoon phase. I also have not tried listening to music or checking messages on it. I bought it to be an activity tracker, not a smart watch, and for my purposes, it does not disappoint.
