Wouldn't get past the ePSA startup check
on June 13, 2016

First, I did not buy this for myself, I helped my girlfriend in finding a computer for her 80 year old father who just wants a simple computer for small games and the internet. I told her she needed at least a core I5 processor and a 1 terabyte hard drive. So this was the best deal on Best Buy at the time. Which was just a few days ago. All it would do was the pre startup test which is the ePSA. At the end of the test it would ask if you would like to exit and reboot, after clicking yes it would reboot and do the test all over again. We did this about 6 or 7 times and never got the thing to boot up correctly. My girlfriend called Dell support and they told her that the operating support system was going to have to be reinstalled and that it would cost her $250 to fix a computer that was brand new and had never booted correctly one time. She told him that she would just take it back to Best Buy and exchange it, he said the traded one might have problems too. She said he laughed when she said she would just get another brand and said, "Who's to say the other brand won't mess up too". So, the next day she went back to Best Buy and exchanged the Dell for a Lenovo. Best Buy was good to her, not Dell and their support, so I have to give it 1 star because of them and the fact that the computer never even booted to see how good it was.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
