I bought this laptop 3 weeks ago for my daughter to take college.
Several of keys stopped working.
Since it was over 15 days BB wouldn't replace it so it is being shipped to HP and my daughter will not have her laptop for college orientation. Very disappointing.

Key Issue

A section of the keyboard was non-responsive. Initial it was intermittent, eventually several keys did not work at all.
