Flickering pixels all over the place

Just hooked it up and there are three vertical lines of flickering pixels and flickering pixels all over the place. It looks like it would be a good monitor if it wasn't defective. Colors are otherwise decent for the price.
This is my second straight defective ASUS monitor, the other a different model but same price range. It will be my last.
My Best Buy number: 4145189873
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
