OS has a lot of errors and bugs.

I get errors every day and they won't disappear. you can search forums and you see people are complaining about this version of androind on Samsung galaxy s8. I always get the error of "DQA stopped working" and "IMS stopped working".
I have claimed my free VR but they did not approved my bestbuy receipt. It took me 2 hours for the first time to be on hold to talk to an Samsung agent about my problems.
As I am writing now, I have been on hold for 1 hour and 8 minutes to talk to an agent to make sure I will get my free VR as they promoted.
Basically I moved from having an Iphone 6 s plus to galaxy s8+ but I am totally disappointed with Samsung specially its costumer service and promotion department.
After 4 days of people complaining in Samsung forum about errors we get they had not even posted one reply.
