Got this as a replacement, great value. Certified used seems to be the way to go. I've had this phone a few months, and the apps and wifi work great. I'm even able to use it as a hot spot with Metro PCS. Most "Fully functional" or "refurbished" phones you buy on other auction sites, aren't. And they don't let you download music to the phone without that error message. Wish I would have bought from here first.
Just a note: It seems like the phone runs hot more than my last phone did. I don't feel like I use it a lot, and i charge it like every day and a half.
