Bad Product Poor Service

I used the slow cooker for a little over a month when the side started to crack from the heat caused during use. Also one of the crocks cracked from the heat . The item was defective in my opinion, but Best Buy would not return or exchange it since it was past the 15 day return policy. I was told I would have to deal with the manufacturer even though it happened within a reasonable period of time for a defect to show up. I would not recommend this or any other appliance purchased from Best Buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
