Comes WITHOUT Power Supply

So I bought this online and don't care if it's a refurbished one or not. Shipping was surprisingly fast. The monitor itself looks decent. However, the package DIDN'T INCLUDE A POWER SUPPLY! How can one use a monitor without that. Very disappointed!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
