Question on Fast Boil on Samsung NE58F9710WS 30" electric slide in range
Does anyone know how Samsung distributes the wattage on the fast-boil burner? The 6" ring by itself is slower to boil 1 C of water than the rear burner which is 1200 watts. Is the 6" 1000 watts, then the 9" ring adds another 1000 watts, and finally if ALL rings are turned on, it will total 3000 watts?
OR, is the 6" supposed to be nearly 3000 watts and the 9" and 12" rings contribute very little except to even the heat for large pots?
It would help to know this information to learn which burner to use for which things. The manual does not explain, and the Customer Service people we have talked to also do not seem to know.
