I researched intensively before buying this product and was between Bosch 500 or Kitchenaide. Young but at Best Buy talked me into Bosch and I regret it everyday. First of all, this is a DISH WASHER. The racks are simply not made to accommodate pots, pans, bowls or anything else for cooking. The bottom extremely limits how you can arrange larger items so they just don't really fit, I end up sort of stacking and balancing them. And the dishes are always completely wet after a cycle. I have it on the highest jet dry setting and the extra drying is on and it helps very, very little. With this dishwasher, I end up washing my larger pots and pans and drying everything by hand when unloading. I am so disappointed. Go with the Kitchenaid or any other brand that has a heating element to dry your dishes, unless you want the extra work. My old GE had a plastic bottom and did not heat to dry and still left my dishes MUCH dryer. This model looks sleek, and I like the third rack and adjustable second rack, but I regret the purchase very much.
