Dont' buy samsung fridge

Don’t buy a Samsung Appliance! I have had the expensive French door fridge for less than 2 years and we have had three service calls. All for different issues. Now at the third time, I have to pay a $200 service call to have the icemaker fixed. The service center they assigned me to expects me to wait around all day until they decide to show up. I was on the phone for an hour this morning trying to get a valid phone number from Samsung reps (took three) to confirm the service window. At 10 am they finally called me to say they would arrive between 4 and 5 that afternoon. What!! I am paying you $200 and you will wait until 10 am to call me to say you will be there over 6 hours later. I am sorry but I work and took the morning off for this service call. I have to be at work by noon or there is no money for a service call.
Now I am back to square one. I have waited 5 days for the service call and now I am waiting 48 business hours (which since it is Friday) will be Tuesday before I hear from someone to reschedule this service visit. Again- Don’t buy a Samsung appliance!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
