Poor Customer Service at Tustin Best Buy

Beware!!! The music stand requires assembly and it will require special wrenches or tools to loosen the bolts and put it together. It has 3 pieces and comes in a box. Went to the Tustin Best Buy store in person to pick up my order for the Manhasset #48 music stand.
Requested Tustin Best Buy Customer Service to assist with the assembly of the music stand because it required special tools which I didn't have and needed help. Asked 3 store representatives for their assistance and they all refused. They all informed me they were not equipped to put it together. I could have it arranged for them to come to my home, but they would have to charge me $100.00 because this is their cost they usually charge for putting furniture together. Very poor customer service. Will never return to purchase anything at Best Buy. Ended up going to a local music store and the the music store employee was nice enough to put together the stand and at no cost to me.
