I had bought a Motorola 360 (1st gen) smartwatch about a year ago, and just recently I had accidentally broke the screen playing basket ball. Luckily, I had paid an extra $30 for the accidental warranty. I brought it in, and they would of replaced the product, but it had been discontinued. They gave me full store credit for the price of the watch and the tax I paid, and I was able to buy a new watch.
The only thing was they did not give me the $30 that I paid for the warranty, but I can see why they wouldn't (Because I broke the watch).
