So my computer of 8 years broke. Needed a computer quick. I purchased a lenovo that didn't quite work out for my needs. I returned it to best by and ordered an ASUS which was broken right out of the box. The best buy people were great. I thought they would get tired of me coming back with so many problems. I decided to by this computer and it has exceeded my expectations. This is one of the best computers that I have ever purchased. Hats of to the Fredericksburg, VA Bestbuy sales people who put up with me.

Bad product

I have owned asus computers and loved them. Went to best by and sales person asked what I was looking for and suggested that I buy this one. We had to order it. I got it 3 days later, took it home, hooked up everything and when I first turned it on there was no signal to the monitor. Shut it down and restarted it and video started working but in gray scale. Did some research online and found out that this model has bios and motherboard issues. Now it won't even boot after doing the suggested reset. Waiting for best buy to open up so I can give it back. Best buy customer service has been great even though this product was not.
