This is a very cool little fan, which is surprisingly powerful for its size. Aside from the actual unit, the packaging offers good protection so if you need to get it shipped, shouldn't have any problems with damage.
The unit itself comes in pieces you need to assemble. Part of the pole is actually the base to convert this to a table top unit, pretty ingenious. Before using the unit for the first time it should be charged for a minimum of 8 hours, regardless of what the battery strength indicator says.
After about 3 minutes of assembly and a quick look at the directions you are ready to go. Not only does this work as a rechargeable unit it will also operate as a corded unit. I like the option just in case I have access to power which gives me flexibility if I need to move the unit elsewhere without power the same day. I actually had this happen based on how my house hides the sum from the deck, but it was still hot in the later afternoon.
Using without the mist option it is pretty much a regular fan. However using the mist option turns it into a cooling powerhouse. The mist is very fine and given the right hose pressure is barely noticeable. This will be great at those middle of summer little league games. Battery run time is estimate at up to 24 hours but on level one. At that setting I would expect too much, but I don't imagine needing to run this more than a couple hours at a time where there is no electricity option or recharge option.
The mist option is an easily attachable unit with what almost looks like carb jets to create a fine mist by attaching any standard garden hose. The mist, on the highest setting has an effective range for me of about 25 -30 feet, your surrounding conditions (wind) will ultimately effect this. The oscillating feature will increase the effective area by spreading the mist over a larger area. This is a very cool feature and for that reason I would definitely recommend this.
The unit, even at high speed, is very quiet, maybe even too quiet to sleep to ?
The remote is easily stored, magnetically, on the back of the motor head so you won't lose track of it.

Great supplement and answer to shortening chores

The iRobot Roomba Combo j5+ Self-Emptying 2-in-1 Robot is actually the j7 with the added feature to mop.
Set up is a very easy using the app, within minutes I was ready to map my home. The floor this operates on is my main floor about 1200 square feet and it is an open floor plan with 3 separate rooms. The mapping was very successful and once complete you can make several modifications such as naming rooms ,excluding areas etc..
The unit successfully navigated furniture and other obstacles and resulted in a good map. Instead of running into things with force it appears to almost know what it is. For example I put an extension chord down on the floor which it avoided. The legs of chairs it also avoided and without crashing into them first. My dining room table always confuses other systems but so far it hasn't gotten stuck.
As a vacuum, as long as you run it regularly which is very easy because you can set up schedules, this should under normal circumstances have no problem replacing your old fashioned vacuum. After each cleaning session it self empties. It is not quiet so I recommend you have it run when you are gone. So the only thing you really need do is empty the bag in the collection unit.
I don't currently have a dog but the POOP avoidance system is a welcome addition, because yep I have been there.
As a mop this will never replace a good old scrubbing but used consistently it makes any regular cleaning much easier and maybe non-existent depending upon the situation. This easily avoids rugs and carpet when the mop reservoir is used. I have experimented with water and cleaning solutions, so far I like water and vinegar the best. I have this programmed to run 4 times a week and so far no regular cleans are needed and I have been intentionally wearing my shoes in the kitchen.
This as another great produce from iRobot and I would recommend.

The Arlo - Essential 1-Camera Indoor Wired 2K Security Camera (2nd Generation) has great video and audio capability.
Connected to the Arlo app gives you all the flexibility in setting up the camera. You can geofence to turn on and off when certain people leave and come home, although this is for the whole system it applies to every camera you have connected.
Setting up and adding the camera is simple with the app. The camera comes with a USB C chord and AC Adapter. If you have a USB C outlet you can use without the adapter. Once added you can set up the camera audio, video and different settings to detect motion and or sound. I like the flexibility to set up activity zones so you can be very specific about where the camera will alert you to motion. I set up by a window and a tree branch and flag waving kept setting it off so I moved the Activity Zone which stopped the false alerts but still protected the doorwall area so if someone walks in it will detect them.
Set up also includes the ability to test the motion and audio from low to high. Again I modified this so it stops picking up my robot vacuum as much. I still get the occasional alert but overall much better than if the option didn't exist.
The only cons I have are the chord, but that is the product, Arlo does offer cordless options, I didn't deduct a star for this because it is not the cordless option. The privacy window is also a issue for me, it is loud when it opens which means it isn't stealthy when turning on.
All in all I would recommend this to a friend.

The Ninja Woodfire™ Pro Outdoor Grill & Smoker with Built-in Thermometer might be the answer to the mess and fuss of a smoker. I was a skeptic at first taking the "short cut" and using this. I was very pleasantly surprised in its ability to smoke.
First start by downloading the app, a cool feature that has directions on how to do just about everything. Almost, almost makes it fool proof. You can name your Ninja-Woodfire and have some fun, I named mine Smokin Hot. The app will ask if it is ok to pre-warm the unit and will even tell you if the lid is open. I started with a pork shoulder and followed the timed cooking charts in the app. You can search the app for just about any food or any mode of cooking. The app pre-heats, starts the smoker ignition and will notify you when the unit is ready for you to add your meat. You can start, stop and adjust the unit from anywhere you have a internet connection.
I checked the pork shoulder at the recommended finish time, which was 5 hours later. I prepared the pork shoulder and added the woodfire pellets per the directions. Just an observation, don't try and use this inside or in or near the garage....it is a smoker and it does smoke...I would adjust the cook time a bit and here is where the first issue is. This unit has an "optional" thermometer which in my opinion should come with, after all the temp in the cooking process is the most important thing. It would really prevent over cooking, which is an easy mistake particularly when using a new appliance. Anyway, the shoulder came out pretty good, fell apart and had awesome smoky flavor. Which leads me to my second fault, this unit says it is only compatible with the Ninja Woodfire pellets. Again in my opinion, this may be a problem down the road when/if Ninja stops making Woodfire pellets. I'll be investigating this to see if off brand pellets will work, I suspect they will.
For my next endeavor I tried the grille feature and cooked some hamburgers, unfrozen. There is no recipe I could find, but who really needs a recipe for that. The grill works as it should for an electric grille. Cook time was very similar if not less than my gas grill.
Next I tried the air fryer feature with some pizza rolls. The initial time listed for 1.5 bags seemed about right as compared to what my small air fryer would take so I adjusted the time based on only cooking a dozen or so. Worked like a charm.
All things considered this is a great electric grill, smoker, air fryer unit. A couple issues, it does not come with the thermometer which in my opinion is absolutely necessary, the woodfire pellets and lack of a stand or base as a standard accessory are not deal killers but consideration as to the over all cost to really make this unit shine.
Even though there are a couple down falls, I would absolutely recommend this to a friend.

The Sennheiser - AMBEO Soundbar Mini Compact Device with Adaptive Features is a great little soundbar.
Set up was very easy and coupled with the Sennheiser Smart Control app you can customize the soundbar to your audio taste. I started off just listening to music without calibrating the soundbar, although the sound quality was better than any stock TV speakers you don't really appreciate the capability of the soundbar only until you calibrate the system to your room. Calibration in a small room was pretty quick, the app says about 3 minutes, a larger room took the full 3 minutes. I intentionally set up in both a small room and a room that was likely too large but it still performed well in both. I was surprised by the difference in audio quality. Granted this is no match for a system with a sub, which I would highly recommend you add if you want a complete system.
After set up I used the app to switch to music mode. Night mode reduces the bass output and like it's name is for listening at night. Voice enhancement makes vocals and dialogue more clear in movies/tv shows. Within Music and Adaptive settings you can tailor the output in both AMBEO 3D sound by Light, Regular or Boost. Boost gives you a more rich sound. Beyond that you have the ability to control a 4 band eq.
The connectivity is somewhat limited but if your main use is for a TV and listening to blue tooth music I don't see how that is a problem. The only draw back I can see if you are a finicky audiophile is the need for a sub woofer, otherwise it will out perform any stock TV speakers.
I would recommend this soundbar.

The Shark - Detect Pro Self-Empty Robot Vacuum with NeverStuck Technology has done a very good job at cleaning with a few minor hiccups.
Unboxing and set up was pretty easy, I had no problem connecting to my mesh router. It did take a little longer than some other products (not vacuums necessarily) but eventually it connected through the app , registered and started mapping. It took two full runs to map my area. I did make it somewhat difficult with items placed where they were. I also cleared the map and removed obstacles, it mapped in one run just under 35 mins for about 900 sq ft.
The mapping process did take two full runs, however I am using this upstairs and there is a lot of furniture and things to navigate. I purposely left some things lying around to see how it would handle them. Once it was mapped and those items were removed, it cleaned all those areas and spots. I also moved some furniture around and on subsequent runs it cleaned those areas once it sensed the items were no longer there.
This is probably the quietest robot vacuum I have had to date, even on high power it is pretty quiet. Power settings are managed through the scheduling portion of the app. There are several limitations I find to be somewhat of a deal breaker depending on what you are looking for. You are not able to schedule this to run twice in a day. Although that may be overkill I have needed that to happen occasionally. You also cannot label rooms using free text, there are preloaded room names which you must use.
Altering the map and creating "no go" zones is pretty simple, as is naming rooms. The app has all the other normal information and links for ordering supplies, assistance and support.
To date, about two weeks of use, my unit has gotten stuck three times. Once was on the edge of a stair, once under a desk with a chair, and once in between the wall and a bed frame leg. I would say all in all it has done a pretty good job of not getting stuck, those were some difficult areas.
As far as cleaning goes, even on the eco setting, the unit cleans hard surface and carpet adequately. The side brush does not spin on carpet so I anticipate corners on carpet will be a little messy. The self emptying feature is a great addition and I probably wouldn't get a vacuum without this from now on.
All in all this is a solid robot vacuum and I would recommend.

I have a ton of cables, some were last minute purchases because I forgot to bring one an some have been thoroughly researched and purchased. The Insignia - 7" USB-C to Lightning Charge-and-Sync Cable with Braided Cover falls into the later of those categories, but if you happen to pick one up last minute it is a good purchase. The price is under what I would expect to pay for a cable of this quality and certainly less than other branded cables, which in my honest opinion aren't as good.
The packaging is consistent with the quality. The cable is true to size, measuring 7'1" tip to tip. This is plenty big enough for almost any application, home, traveling and in car. The cable has a USB-C end and Lightning tip. The tips are a rubber/vinyl with aluminum exterior so they will last. The tips also have a hefty rigid silicone type bend guard for long life. Considering this is where most of my cables go bad it is nice to see a heavy bend guard.
This cable has worked flawlessly with every charging cube and device I have used with it to date. Charging and transfer speeds, although not measured, seem to be consistent with other high end cables I have.
I would definitely recommend this cable.

This is the perfect air fryer for a single guy up to 3 people. Of course what was the first thing I cooked, cheese sticks of course. My buddies came over and we tried it out. Perfect, almost as perfect as deep fried.
The Cosori-Pro Gen 2 is a great little machine. Probably the best part is the shake reminder, it ensures you get evenly cooked fries and other things that you need to be crispy. I even tried the brussel sprout recipe, yeah, they turned out awesome. Inside the box you get a user guide, recipe ideas and a quick/faq guide. That combined with the VeShync app and you have great tools to never have to turn on your oven again, unless you are cooking for a party, even then this little thing is a great tool.
After cooking clean up is very simple, the vented basket separates from the bowl. Both are teflon/non stick and clean up is a breeze. The button to separate the baskets is protected by a clear plastic slide to prevetnt an accidental press, not sure that is the best option but we will see how it holds up. The ONLY complaint I have is that the bowl has a lot of little areas where water takes forever to drip out of and when you wash/rinse to use for another part of the same meal it can get messy.

Manscaped, as usual, packages their items in a premium presentation. While this may drive cost, I do appreciate the feel it gives you when purchasing their products.
In the box is the trimmer, charging chord and block. After reading the directions and a 8 hour initial charge time to put it to the test. I took the unit apart to inspect. Appears it will be easy to clean and maintain, the only removable part is the tirmmer head. The charging port has no cover so this it is not waterproof. The charging port is also on the bottom of the unit so when charging it will awkwardly lay on its side.
The unit itself is ergonomically shapped so it fits in your hand well and has a siliconized wrap so it is easy to hang onto. The blades appear to be nylon housed inside of the stainless cage, not sure about blade life as they will wear against the metal cage, but then again how much heavy use is this gonna get?
The on/off button is large enough to easily operate but takes some thumb effort. The button has a raised edge for grip, don't like it... But it does its job turning it on and off. The unit works very well and after my first run probably one of the best I have used. Surprisingly it cuts clean and quick, no pulling and the motor is plenty powerful to tame the most unrully nose hair.
The only thing I can say about run time is if you haven't completed your task and the charge wears out you need a professional...
I would recommend this personal groomer to anyone.

The T3 - AireBrush Duo Interchangeable Hot Air Blow Dry Brush Attachments is an excellent option.
My significant other tested this and found it to be a great product. She has very thick hair and a lot of it. After reading the instructions, which point out to use this once your hair is semi-dry she experimented with using this to dry her hair and found it will, slowly but it will.
The unit is sleek, but didn't slip out of her hand. The bristles on the flat and round brush were a perfect blend, not too soft and not to stiff. The heat settings are hot enough to curl her hair but don't burn when she gets close to her cheek and ear. There are heat settings so you can choose how hot your tool gets. The cold function takes a few seconds to shoot out cold air, but not an issue. There are multiple heat and fan settings to choose from.
The unit itself is reasonably quiet for what it is, another plus. The power cord is on a swivel so it stays out of the way and does not tangle. Brushes fit snuggly and interchange easily.
The only cons were:
- The power and heat controls are at the base of the unit and can be accidentally touched. My guess is more familiarity my prevent this.

I first loaded it the same way my phone was set up. It seemed very, very slow. I then reset it and set it up as a new device, a little better as it was now set up like a tablet. The touch screen seemed to be iffy at times. This is not a fast tablet, it often has to think for several seconds before it does what you command, it only has 1 GB RAM which always seems to be at capacity. I connected to my network late at night when usage was non-existent, still slow as compared to other devices. I find the battery life to be lacking compared to "fruit" products, no experience with other android tablets. ACER claims 10 hours, even at medium use I doubt it would get me there. Good thing is you are never far from a USB outlet.
I would consider this for a kids first tablet, by kid standards these days 5 and under. It just can't compete with some of the other tablets for an adult for few hundred dollars more.

After some additional experience I can't recommend this tablet. It continues to be so slow it is irritating to use. The ACER bloatware is not giving errors and shutting down. Although the price makes this attractive look elsewhere.

I have the 300 soundbar with wireless woofer and mids. Is the 700 soundbar compatible?
All things equal (add ons and room set up) the 700 is superior as a main AV Theatre system. The 300 is a great system, especially if you have limited space and a smaller budget.

Does this need to be connected to a receiver?
No, this is a stand alone unit that connects to a TV. You can use as a smart control device an speaker only with no TV connection.

I live in a rural area where my Verizon cell service is sketchy at best. I DO NOT have any capability of downloading a phone app for setup without WiFi access. Am I reading correctly that there is no way to set these up with a wired Ethernet connection?

Will these still be secure in their noise cancellation even when you wear glasses? The bow of my glasses it pretty thick and I notice some noise cancellation is compromised with the wearing of my glasses with the QC35II I wear now.
I wear Oakley black framed glasses, the frame is somewhat thick and I have had no problems. The foam pieces are almost like a memory foam and squish around them pretty snuggly.

Does this model pick up pet hair?
Absolutely, I have a blonde Labrador Retriever and her job lately has been to shed. I run my vac bot twice a day on a schedule and I have yet to come home to any hair on the carpet.
