In my opinion...a really bad machine. It was not at all user friendly. It decides how much water...not nearly enough for my standards. I tried to wash 9 pairs of jeans and the machine decided that it only took about 3" of water to do the job. Needless to say, it I ended up with semi-wet jeans that felt sticky and they were all wrinkled when I put them in the dryer. Since the washer has no agitator and is a top loader, I had a mind picture of beating clothes on rocks. At least if I'd beat them on rocks, I could have used more water. In desperation, I did some experiments and figured out how to hack the onboard computer. Add a few buckets of water to the clothes before you start the machine and then it would put in enough water to really wash the load. The dryer did OK, but again, it decided when the clothes were dry #they were not# so I had to keep restarting it til they were dry. All in all, I just couldn't deal with all these issues, so I returned the machine after a month of trying experiments just to clean my clothes. I returned it and bought a comparable GE unit and I love it. I decide water levels, I decide how to dry what, and I have clean, unwrinkled, unsticky clothes! Best Buy was great about the return...no problems/issues...and I even saved a little money.
