Lifeproof has good potential and I like their ideas, but I'm not feelin the screen protector. If you're a dust freak like me, you know what it feels like to have that one little piece of dust sitting underneath your screen protector on your device. I spent at least 20 minutes cleaning the case, putting it on, and taking it back off and re-cleaning it because of all the dust that gets stuck. Lifeproof could be great if the screen protector was improved in someway. Besides the screen protector issue, I love this case. It protects my whole phone and I feel comfortable using it wherever. However, the whole screen protector & dust issue is what makes me only give this case 2 stars. If I wasn't so OCD with the dust, I'd rate this easily a 5.

Started my iPhone 6 Plus out with a otterbox defender series case, it was decent, but too bulky. I went back out to Best Buy to browse the cases and bought this one, the otterbox commuter series. I instantly knew it was the one. It is very simple and easy to install& use. Sure the rubber starts to shed a little bit after awhile but no case is perfect. Well done, otterbox!

Take your Apple iPhone 6 or 6s on the go with this Speck Candyshell SPK-A3041 case, which features a hard shell exterior and a soft, rubbery interior to help absorb shock and guard against damage. Rubberized covers shield buttons without impeding access.

If you want a protective solid case but don't feel like blowing $50 on an otterbox, this is the route to go. Had this case for about a week (the black and grey one) and it instantly started scratching on the back of the case. This was my second speck case (first was for my iPhone 5c and I had the same problem). Finally got sick of seeing the scratches everyday and bought a new better case. These candyshell cases seem great, just not in black/grey. Any other color wouldn't show a scratch.
