Amazing washer

I read the reviews before purchasing this washer and the negative ones made me think twice, but since there were more positives I decided to purchase it and I am so glad I did.
This machine is NOT loud at all. In fact, it positively purrs. I am so happy with that aspect since my laundry room is near my bedroom. A couple of people said the clothes were sopping wet when finished and I've not had that experience. In fact, they are so dry they hardly take any time in the dryer. Load the machine properly, folks, and you'll have no problems. READ the manual, that will help a lot.
My only negative comment is about the design of the machine. The computer controls are in a really lousy place (on the front of the machine). The tub is quite deep, so to load clothes I have to lean against the machine to put them in the tub and invariably I hit the buttons, starting the process. Although this is a design flaw, in my opinion, it's not enough for me to give the machine less than 5 stars. One other thing to take note of is that this machine washes HUGE loads of laundry and I'm now considering buying a larger capacity dryer to accommodate them. Buy this washer. You won't be sorry.

I think this washer does a nice job of cleaning my clothes. My only real complaint is that it's a little loud. I live in an apartment and the washer is in our second bathroom. We have to close the door otherwise I can't hear the tv when in the living room. When I read reviews before buying it, people commented on how quiet it was. I don't feel mine is that quiet.
