Tried em all, my favorite choice

Cool, curved picture, incredible sound! Can't believe all that sound comes from the 2 little on board speakers. The menu is friendly and I like that it still has a tuner. The only thing I can even be a little bit critical about is the "blur motion" or "refresh rate." You can see some distortion if you look very hard during fast motion scenes. Better than most, not as good as the 60" Vizio.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Monitor for the money

It's difficult to judge a picture without comparing it to something sitting right next to it but the e60-u does seem to be very clear and vibrant and at any distance it's almost impossible to see a pixel. (this is probably true with any 4k) One thing I am very fond of is the fact that it has zerro motion blur, something even tv's costing twice as much suffer from. I'm a little disappointed that it does not have a tuner but just may be the wav of the future? I guess my biggest gripe is a couple features this device lacks, one being a way to turn the screen off if you were listening to music. The other is the settings you get for the inadequate speakers ie surround and the compression, both of which could have better presets or better yet software to adjust. Over-all the sound SUCKS! This could be a simple download update that I hope to see in the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!

how can get the best picture setting for this tv

Thats a difficult question because I would think it would be an individuals choice but I would start with the pre-sets, which there are several, and yes even after that I did tweek a couple of things. Once you get it the way you like it take some notes or pictures so they will be handy if the kids come over and change stuff. I would think "user preference buttons" where you could save your own settings would be cool and very easily done with software technology today would be cool.

Instead of a controlling with smart phone, can I use Logitech Harmony Home? The whole point of getting that was to eliminate multiple remotes. Don't want to have to get my phone in there as another device.

Doubtful, but most of the settings you need could possibly work. My Time Warner remote activates about 75% of what I need for daily usages.

Does this TV come with a tablet? Was told that at the BestBuy store.

The e60-u does not come with a tablet, it does however come with a very limited remote and practically any smart device is capable of controlling the smart features.
