60 min on high heat and a small load of clothes isn't dry? Really????? You get what you pay for!!!!!! Buyer beware. (Washer broke in 2 weeks also) Cheap and poorly made products.

Piece of absolute garbage

Washer does NOT fill with enough water with its "auto sensor", clothes have powdered soap all stuck in them, have to wash does NOT agitate enough to wash even delicares, clothes were dirty, NOISEY, takes forever to wash 1 load, and had it less than 2 weeks...it FILLED WITH WATER AND JUST SAT THERE....Broke. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Would of rated NO stars, but had to enter something.

Just got this dryer...
The white Energy Star certified version. Ran a Normal/Cotton cycle about half full, let it run 40 minutes, am clothes were still wet and felt zero heat. I switched to Heavy Duty to get clothes dry, and dryer is at least getting hot. What can I do to rectify this problem? Delivery person told me this when he dropped it off, that they thought some of these dryers they droped off were "broken" due to the same issue. Anything I'm missing here?
Mine doesn't work either. 60 min on heavy duty, small load....soaked! Returning Asap, and it's lovely partner. That broke. Cheap. Never again.
