Before purchasing this item I emailed Best Buy wondering what color I would get since it states blue/red, but the pictures shoes blue/red/green. After 2 days they emailed me back saying there isn't a way to know which would be shipping if I purchased this item. I tested my luck and bought it any way. I am happy with the result since I wanted red or blue and received a blue lightsaber in the mail. The packaging was great. No damage to the container or product. When I opened the packaging I immediately got batteries and turned it on. I am very happy with my purchase and am looking to buy another lightsaber in the future.

Again: if you buy this product the color you receive is at random. I emailed them multiple times with them saying they don't know which I would receive. I only gave this review 4 stars because in one of the emails the service provider had no idea about the product and told me the lightsaber might change colors.
