When it works it is awesome, but too many issues

I was super excited for this computer tablet combo. The specs fit exactly what I was looking for, but when I got it home everything went downhill. It worked perfectly the first day and I was very pleased with the device. The next day it got stuck in the automatic repair loop and would not boot. I returned it and got a replacement. The replacement immediately froze while I was setting up the P.C. and when I rebooted it got stuck in the automatic repair loop as well. I tried fixing the issue on my own this time and reformatted the hard drive in hopes that if I could get all of the windows updates maybe the issues would disappear. I made sure to get all of the s updates installed, but even then the surface continued to freeze up. I have spent countless hours trying to get this thing to work and am now going to return it. When it works the device is great, but it causes too much of a head ache and uncertainty with the random freezing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
