Great Sound, but they fall out of your ears

I've had these for about a year. The pros are:
Good Sound
Battery lasts about 3 hours, maybe a little more
Carrying Case
Built in controls and mic
The cons are:
If you run or do any intense exercise they fall out of your ears.
They do not last more than a year.
My headset left side is no longer working....
