Installed 1-Nov-2011. Due to convection electical connection, range sticks out further than expected. It's OK. Range top function is excellent. Controls take time to figure out - not as intuitive as could be. Convection fan makes more noise than expected and runs a bit even when not on convection mode. Take and bake pizza, family size, fits in oven but burns the back really, really bad. Entire pizza is bad. Tried a couple of different things. It's not up against the back, so don't understand why it burns (in main, lower oven). Cleaning for first time today. Can't see how 16 oz distilled water would fit in bottom of main oven per steam clean directions. Since a few things have burned in top and bottom ovens, we are not happy with this oven. Can't seem to get it to work well with convection off, which most recipes are written for. Have not found any advantage to convection. Would not buy that feature if had to do it over again.

What exactly does "precise cleaning" mean? Does this particular model have a steam clean option as well as a self cleaning option?
Not sure. We are running it for the first time as I write this. Bought ours in November of 2016. Instructions are poorly written in the printed manual. It shows 6 levels, but there are infinite because you enter the precise amount of time you want it to self-clean for. We are trying 2:00 (two hours) this time.
